This project involves a public/private partnership including a local businessman, the County and Catholic Charities, among others, all working together to provide housing to some of our most vulnerable community members. The Palms Inn was opened to its first residents in February 2016 with 104 rooms to homeless individuals, including 60 veterans. This former motel is now fully converted into permanent housing for veterans and vulnerable persons currently experiencing homelessness.
